1. Acceptance of terms
By using TikitiPoa you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering.
3. Bookings and tickets
A booking is confirmed only after payment is verified. Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless stated otherwise by the organizer.
4. Pricing and fees
All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh). Prices and any applicable fees are calculated on our servers at the time of booking.
5. Organizer responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event information, honouring tickets sold and complying with applicable laws.
6. Cancellations and changes
Events may be postponed or cancelled by organizers. Where this happens, refunds are handled in line with the event’s stated policy.
7. Liability
TikitiPoa provides the ticketing platform. The organizer is responsible for delivering the event experience.
